A gorgeous barn conversion in the middle of a working farm. The owners have made this a 'home from home', very well furnished, clean and comfortable. They even provided crockery for young children which we were impressed with and provided further parking as we took two vehicles with us. The sheep shed was right outside the back, next door and our children just loved waking up and running to see them or watching them all march into bed in the early evenings, that was a real funny treat for them! The owners could not have been more helpful or friendlier and it was so nice to have the run of their gardens to use the play area or visit the chicken pen and sheep in the other fields. The highlight of the holiday for our young children was the newly purchased bull called Pegasus, who was in quarrantine in the field next to the barn, he enjoyed numerous daily visits from us throughout our holiday and is still mentioned even now. Mrs M, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire 30 September 2010
We loved our stay at the cottage, our young children were well catered for both inside and out - the working farm is a perfect addition to what is an outstanding property. We wouldn't have changed anything about the holiday - so thank you for a great week off! Mrs N, Wymondham, Norfolk 01 September 2010
Very tranquil surroundings, lots of quiet walks close at hand. Spacious accommodation. Good for children. Grocery delivery from Tesco excellent and recommended. Mr P, WOLVERHAMPTON, West Mids 06 June 2010
This was everything we expected and more. To often you only see the best side in the promotional literature/web, to find other aspects an anticlimax. Sheppards watch is to a high standard throughout. Perfect for our family as we enjoy seclusion and peace, with space to roam and proximity to walks, cycling, kyaking etc. Everything you want is within 20 mins reach. Excellent. Beautiful and very comfortable cottage; peaceful countryside location; very friendly and helpful owners. Mrs E, Killay, Swansea 18 November 2009
Location ideal for many coastal and inland explorations - always nice to return 'home' to such a peaceful and beautiful cottage. Mrs T, MELTON MOWBRAY, Leicestershire 07 September 2009
A fantastic cottage in an idyllic and rural location, yet within easy reach of quaint market towns and the coast. There are lovely country walks. The owner of the cottage couldn`t have been more helpful, and the welcome gifts were much appreciated. My children were allowed to roam freely around the farm and took great delight in walking the owners dogs and collecting the chickens eggs. Everything you could need for your holiday and more, and the quality of fixtures and fittings in cottage is second to none - 10/10 ! Mrs F, Pontefract, West Yorkshire 24 August 2009
The cottage and it's location are fantastic. Shepherd's Watch is very peaceful and has wonderful views, whilst still offering plenty for the children to do after a day out. The owners of the cottage were extremely welcoming and accommodating, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shepherd's Watch. Mrs F, ARLESEY 16 August 2009
A beautifully appointed cottage in very private surroundings. Clean, comfortable and with everything you could wish for. If you are just a couple and want to get away from it all, its ideal. If you are a family with young children, then its just as ideal for different reasons - sheep to see, ponies, chickens eggs to collect, and a lovely safe garden for them to play in. We got a sincere, warm hearted welcome from the owners - highly recommended. Mrs D, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire 21 June 2009
This was quite simply the best self catering accommodation we have ever stayed in. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and the welcome pack included a delicious homemade cake, the best we have ever tasted. They have thought of everything you could possibly need and then gone the extra mile. Once you've stayed here you will want to return, I guarantee - I can't recommend it too highly! Mrs G, BRAINTREE, Essex 05 June 2009
What a lovely cottage, in beautiful surroundings with a friendly welcome. If you love animals and the great outdoors this is fabulous. The cottage was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the showers were great, both very important i think. My daughter and grandson loved seeing the baby lambs, the ponies and feeding the chickens. We had a wonderful short break, and can't wait to go back. Mr W, NUNEATON, 23 February 2009
A fantastic cottage, equipped with all you could possibly need and more, beautifully furnished and a stunning location. Ms N, Wickford, ssex 26 January 2009
Shepherd's Watch is a very well equipped cottage. Everything that makes a holiday easier is available. The owners are very kind and are doing almost everything to make our stay memorable. We stayed in the Christmas period 2008: a Christmas tree was in the cottage, a bottle of wine on the table, a homemade cake. The details that makes our entrance in the cottage special...the bedrooms are wonderful, and especially the kingsize bed was our favourite. There are several small villages in the neighbourhood, some with large supermarkets (Tesco's in beccles). Norwich is the place for shopping and museums. We used the park and ride facility. We had a wonderful time in Shepherd's Watch and we are considering a second stay next year.

Shepherd's Watch, All Saints, was our first holiday-experience in the UK. It was a very good one. We are now infected with a kind of "Anglia-virus". We are certainly coming back to this or another Hoseasons cottage. Mrs J, Cirencester, Gloucestershire 27 December 2008
Yes, WE found the facilities excellant for our dissabled mother, easy to get her showered, this made her holiday one to be remembered. Mr W, Nottingham 19 July 2008
